The overall goal of the project is to develop innovative diagnosis methods and technologies and thereby enable remanufacturing companies to test and diagnose used automotive mechatronic and electronic systems in order to give them the possibility to remanufacture the systems. The remanufacturing of the systems provides affordable and high quality automotive spare parts for consumers and at the same time saves energy and material.
The project has a duration of three years.

The overall goal of this project is to support remanufacturers in making their cleaning process more efficient and thus sustaining continuous improvement. Cleaning in this branch is performed on an experienced based level and requires an evolutionary leap for more professionalism and more knowledge based operations.
Therefore, three technological fields and one organizational field are focused:

1. Defining parameters for cleanliness

2. Creating cleanliness with innovative cleaning technologies

3. Analyzing cleanliness by means of tailored measuring equipment

4. Generating solutions for efficient material flow

The project has a duration of two years.
